  1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Judy.ai! (“Judy”, “Judefly Inc.”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a technology company that leverages deep machine learning technology and applies it to our product chatbot Judy AI (“Judy”). Judy assists in smart document processing, healthcare, and smart travel management . Because Judy requires some data about you to give you the best service, we take our privacy policy, and protecting your data, very seriously. In this Privacy Policy you will see what information we might gather about our users (“you” or “your”), how we might use that data, and other answers to concerns or questions you may have.

This Privacy Policy applies to all information or data supplied to, or collected by, Judefly Inc. including Personal Information, Billing Information, site or travel preferences, phone calls, e-mails, cookies, or other information provided to Judefly Inc. through Judefly.com, other Judefly Inc. operated websites or software, conversations with our Judy AI chatbot, and all Judefly operated Mobile or Tablet Apps (collectively the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to data collected from any third party service or website. We recommend that you review any Privacy Policies of these third parties before agreeing to use their services through our platform.

  1. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may modify or alter this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. We will indicate material changes in these policies either by contacting you through the e-mail you have provided or by a notice on our Platform. By continuing to use our Platform after changes to our Privacy Policy have been made, you consent to these changes.
  1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT 
Registration Information: In order to use this Platform, you must first provide us with some basic data to verify your identity, contact information, age, and possibly location. This information is used to contact you about our products or services, and to enhance your experience in future visits to the Platform.

Direct Information: We receive and store any information you enter on our Platform or give us in any other way. This includes “Personal Information” that can identify you (including your first and last name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses), and “Billing Information” (such as credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date). We may also collect “Travel Information” or information about your travel preferences including hotel, flight or other service preferences, trips viewed, passport numbers, home airport, frequent flyer details, and travel itineraries.

Indirect Information: We may also collect “Platform Information” or information from your device. This can include search histories, IP address, screen resolutions, browsers used, operating systems, access times, or referring URL’s. You can choose not to provide information to us, but in general some information about you is required in order for you to register as a member; book travel; complete a traveler profile; participate in a survey, contest, or sweepstakes; interact with Judy AI; ask us a question; or initiate other transactions on our site.
Companion Information. When you make a reservation for someone else through this Platform, we will request Personal Information and Travel Information about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing us with their Personal or Travel Information, as any access to view or change their information will be available only through your account.
Customer Support and Promotions. If you choose to contact us for customer support purposes, we will collect any information provided including Personal Information, information regarding claims or complaints, and Billing Information. Any information submitted to a promotional campaign will also be collected including photos, images, captions, or other content.
Information from Other Sources. We also may periodically obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from affiliated entities, business partners and other independent third party sources and add it to our account information. Examples of information we may receive include: updated address information, purchase history, and demographic information. In addition, if you sign up with or link your social media accounts to the Platform, we may access information about you via that social media provider in accordance with the provider's policies. The information may include your name, e-mail address, profile picture, gender, list of friends, and other information that you authorize us to receive. Depending on the privacy settings of you and your friends, we may access information that you provide to a social media provider regarding your respective locations to provide you with relevant content. 
  1. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
Information Given to Us Directly: We may collect and store any Personal, Billing, location, or promotional information released to us directly during any use of our Platform.
Information Passively Collected: We may also collect and store your information passively. This information includes, but is not limited to cookies tracking different websites you visit from our Platform, IP address mapping, WIFI and GPS signals, cell tower tracking, diagnostic reports, or other technologies. This information allows us to provide better tailored services based on your preferences. Information Received From Third Parties: We may collect and store information collected from third parties and partners. This information includes, but is not limited to, information from connected social media profiles, third party data brokers, marketing services, and invisible third party software such as Google reCAPTCHA services. 
  1. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Improving Services: We may use Personal, Platform, and Travel Information, to tailor our services to your preferences. By utilizing our Platform, you allow our artificial intelligence bot, who we affectionately call Judy, to analyze your information and make suggestions based on your preferences. This may include informing you of special offers that may interest you, providing service updates, measuring interest in products or services, customizing your Platform experience, and to enhance our customer support for you.

Booking: We use sensitive billing information (such as cardholder name, credit card number, and expiration date) for the purpose of completing the travel bookings you conduct on our site. This information remains secured and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Legal: We may need to use your information to protect our legal interests. This includes releasing it to appropriate law enforcement authorities under request or subpoena, in case of potential fraudulent or illegal use of our Platform, to enforce other provisions of our Terms & Conditions, or in some other manner described at the time of collection.
E-mail Communications: We want to make it easy for you to take advantage of business, personal and travel-related opportunities on our Platform. One way we do this is by sending you e-mail messages that contain information about your apparent business, personal and travel-related interests. We believe these e-mail messages will provide you with useful information about travel-related special offers available through our site. You can manage your communication preferences through your account and you will have the opportunity to choose not to receive promotional e-mail messages in any such e-mail we send. However, opting out of e-mail communications only applies to promotional or advertising materials, and we reserve the right to send you important information concerning our services, or your purchases on our Platform, at our discretion. 
  1. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
This Platform may share your information with the following entities:
Providers: “Providers” may include hotel, airline, travel service, adventure activity, or any other entity whose products are available through our Platform. All services provided by third-party Providers will be identified by either the Provider name or logo shown in the product or service information. By making a reservation through this site, you are authorizing us to disclose to Providers the information required to complete the booking and deliver the related travel. These Providers may include airlines, hotels, or any other businesses offering products or services through our Platform. These Providers are not controlled by us and personal information disclosed to them is subject to the applicable Provider’s privacy policy and security practices. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any product or services Provider interacted with through this Platform. We may also share aggregated anonymous user data with our partners. This data is anonymous and will not be associated with your personal information.
Partners: “Partners” may include companies who provide services or functions on our behalf, including credit card processing, business analytics, customer service, marketing, distribution of surveys or sweepstakes programs, and fraud prevention. We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, as necessary to operate features of our Platform, or to facilitate the delivery of online advertising tailored to your interests. Third-party vendors have access to, and may collect information, only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
Referring Websites: If you were referred to this Platform from another website, we may share some information about you with that referring website. We have not placed limitations on the referring website’s use of your information and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website that referred you here.
Our Own Companies: We may share your information within our company, and with any future subsidiaries or partners. This sharing allows us to provide you with the highest quality service across our entire Platform. Any intra-company parties we share this information with will comply, at a minimum, with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. We also reserve the right to share your information in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, divesture, or the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
Law Enforcement or Regulatory Authorities: As mentioned in the previous section, we may release your data to authorized law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies in the event of subpoena or request. We may also release your data during any internal or external investigation regarding fraudulent or illegal activities on our platform, and to protect our rights, property, or safety of our Platform, assets, and employees. We reserve the right to decide whether to comply with such requests.

You can close your account by contacting us at support@judy.ai. Please note that after you close an account, you will not be able to sign in or access any of your personal information. However, you can open a new account at any time. Please also note that we may retain certain information associated with your account, including for analytical purposes, as well as for record keeping integrity.
  1. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are small data text files and can be stored on your computer's hard drive (if your Web browser permits). We may also use web beacons (single pixel GIF images lines of code in e-mails or on websites that help us track activity and tailor or services to your preferences), Local Shared Objects (flash cookies that may store user preferences on site), or invisible reCAPTCHA technologies (that analyze how many people and what kinds of devices are accessing our site to detect bots and protect our servers). Cookie settings can be changed in your browser settings. By utilizing our platform you give your consent to the use of these tracking tools. 

  1. HOW WE OR THIRD-PARTIES MAY USE THESE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

  1. To keep track of new users, and to allow continuing users to save their settings and passwords for our Platform;
  2. Track your bookings on Partner websites or platforms for our data and analytics programs;
  3. Utilizing the data in our data analytic programs which allow us to see what pages and advertisements you like best, and tailor your experience accordingly; 
  4. To implement cross device tracking which allows us to give you the best advertisement and user experience based on what devices you use to access our Platform;
  5. Work with advertising companies to show targeted ads that are most relevant to you.

  1. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Because there is no current consensus on how to approach Do Not Track Signals, nor a common definition of tracking, we do no respond to Do Not Track Signals given by browsers. Sometimes Judefly Inc., or other third-parties, may track information to enhance the user experience and better serve you. As more clarity is established on how to address these signals we may update this policy and notify you accordingly.
  1. JUDY MOBILE APP
In addition to our website, you may utilize our mobile app for quicker and more convenient accommodations. 
When using the mobile app we may be supplied with more data than just on our website. This data may include, but is not limited to:
  1. Geolocation and Location Data;
  2. Access to calendars and your device’s camera;
  3. Access to Bing or other similar sites;
  4. Other data from App use including cookies, clicked links, and downloads;
  5. UID, similar to an IP address; or
  6. Diagnostic reports in the event of app crash or error
You can change your privacy settings and the data we collect by accessing your Judefly account, or mobile phone settings.
  1. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
All of our servers and data centers are currently located within the United States. However, our Partners or Providers may have information storage centers located in other countries, possibly with less stringent privacy and data laws than the United States. By utilizing our platform and providing us with your information, you are aware that foreign governments, law enforcement agencies, or other actors may have access to your information contingent on the laws and regulations of that country or region.

In today’s world of data breaches and hacks, we want you to know we are committed to protecting your data. While no guarantees can be made, we will take every measure to ensure your data isn’t used in ways you haven’t agreed to. Some of these measures include only allowing authorized employees to access your data, using encryption to mask your data from others who may want to see it, and using high quality protection systems for our own servers and data storage units.
  1. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will keep all information as long as your account is active, and for a period of time after account deletion in case you wish to re-activate your account. In case we need to comply with our legal obligations, such as internal investigations, law enforcement requests, or ongoing disputes, we will keep the necessary information as long as we are required. 
  1. YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR INFORMATION
In addition to monitoring your data preferences through our Platform, you also have other rights to your information and how we utilize it:
  1. You are permitted to access your data that we store free under applicable laws;
  2. You may ask us to fix or change any data that is incorrect;
  3. You may ask us to delete your account at anytime;
  4. You may ask us to refrain from using your information for personal marketing; and 
  5. You may also stop your browser from transferring cookies in your browser settings. 
Note: Disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality. 
We may not always be able to act on your data as requested either, because the information is co-mingled with the data of others, or for other legal reasons such as ongoing investigations or information requests by law enforcement. However, we will provide explanation as to why we are unable to comply with your request. 
  1. THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYTICS 
Judefly Inc. may currently, or in the future, utilize third-party data hosting and analytic services including Amazon Web Services and Google Analytics. Amazon Web Services and Google Analytics have been certified as in compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield. These services may have access to your Platform Information, information collected and stored in cookies and other tracking technologies utilized on this Platform, or create and store their own cookies from your use of this Platform. 
Google Analytics privacy settings can be changed in your Google account settings, or by installing Google’s optional browser add-on that disables Google Analytic’s data collection. No Personal Information will be sent by us to Google Analytics.
Amazon Web Services stores all data received on their servers in encrypted form and allows you to choose the geographic region in which you choose your data to be stored. Changes can be made to what data is collected through your Amazon account settings.
By using our Platform, you agree to possibly have your data transferred tot here third-party data collection services.
  1. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We require all users to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of providing their information. However, should a minor send us personal information, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before accepting his or her personal information. Furthermore, we will delete all data related to the minor until parental consent is indicated. If you believe we have received data from a minor, please contact us at accounts@judy.ai so we can delete it.
